Friendly & helpful staff. Querky hotel & very clean. Fab power shower with over head / or hose choice. Downstairs in bar area there is complimentary tea - wide range of teas , coffee and nibbles. In room complimentary tea, coffee , fridge with water and sparkling water, salted corn pot and gummy bear pot ( lovely touch) Plenty of hangers in wardrobe area, Dressing gowns, slippers , hairdryer, tissues, cotton buds, cotton wool balls, usb and electric sockets by bed, shaver point by sink. Heating controls. Tv on wall. Bed was very comfortable but small, pillows weren’t the best in our room but our friend’s room had better firmer pillows. Breakfast was good quality produce & continental and had a wide selection of yogurts, pastries, cereals, bread to toast , range of jams . Cheese, ham, smoked salmon. Fresh orange , apple juice available too. Location was good . Would recommend and would happily book another stay if we need to.

Great place to stay while visiting London. Perfect hub for regional and local travel. The location is set back into a quieter area of the neighborhood near St. Pancras, yet convenient to the Underground and Eurostar. We enjoyed everything about the hotel… the quiet, calm atmosphere, the professional service provided by the staff, the selection of continental breakfast items such as a variety of breads and croissants, boiled eggs, fruit, etc.- a great start to our busy days. The coffee, tea, and bar selections were superb. The breakfast/bar area was centrally located, comfortable and peaceful. Our room was spacious with lots of complimentary amenities, luxury bath, temperature controlled, very comfy bed, linens and bathrobes. The staff was present, but not intrusive. They were attentive, always politely helpful. We felt very welcome throughout our one week stay and would definitely return.

The striking style of this hotel is stunning. Philip was of immense help when we checked in and made us feel very welcome, also helping us carry bags to our room. The outdoor patio adjacent to our room was unique and a cozy place to sit and enjoy. The lighting in the room is also warm and inviting. The place is very modern and artsy, but attractively so, with many interesting features in the lounge/entry/bar area. It's the most unique place I've ever stayed. The two male staff members - Philip and the very stylish gentleman the morning we left - were constantly attentive and professional.

We didn’t have breakfast, there is an amazing cafe cappadocia around the corner. The room was very very clean, and large (me and my daughter were in a twin room, my mom in a large king) both rooms were in the basement and in the evening it was noisy until late, you can hear people walking and talking above, but for this purpose the ear plugs were invented. The staff was very very nice, the shower amazing, y the beds comfortable, a 3 minute walk from kings cross tube station, lots of cafes and restaurants around. Will definitely be staying here again.

We stayed here with our Miniature Dachshund for one night only. The staff was very helpful and super friendly - we even got a free upgrade to one of their rooms with a small private patio. The rooms were very clean and stylish. The rain shower had excellent water pressure and there were comfy bathrobes available. We were also offered a free welcome drink and some snacks at the bar, but were too tired after a full day of travelling to make use of this (still it was nice to offer).
